Dear Readers,

Wow, I can't believe that six years has gone by so fast. It seems like only yesterday that I graduated from high school with the class of 2004 from Archbishop Ryan and now I will be graduating from college with the class of 2010 from Holy Family University.

Fin de la rue. (End of the road) Am I really here? Who let time go by so fast? I truly cannot believe that this is my final Tri-Lite and the last time I can officially call myself "Editor in Chief". Before I get choked up and say my farewells, I want to share a little bit about my journey and how important it is to believe in yourself.

Every small town has a story to tell. It may have a long, elaborate history or just an intriguing explanation of how it got its name.
The message that was given by those who presented and performed, "Dancing Wheels," recently at Holy Family, was inspirational in that they refused to let common misconceptions about the disabled get in the way of their dreams.

I was especially inspired since I am confined to a wheelchair due to having Muscular Dystrophy.

I officially ended my time as a Holy Family student here, but would like to pass the torch, and to offer some insight to those who will soon follow my footsteps. I officially completed all of my double major (Elementary and Special Education) requirements on December 4th when I finished student teaching.

In May of 1992 we brought home a tiny, meowing Tiger kitten appropriately named Lucky. Her mother was a pregnant, rescued white stray cat with a litter of quickly adopted white kittens. We chose the gray, remaining kitten and spoiled her rotten for the next 18 years.

I, Amy Chu-Fong (aka "Chu-Wii"), was privileged to experience Meet Me Halfway. It was an exciting and heartwarming event, and I couldn't believe that I got myself into it. Yet, it was all worth it. I contributed to Meet Me Halfway by singing with Holy Family Music Ministry and performing two skits with a couple of Holy Family students.

Do you love going to the movie theater to see the newest film? Do you enjoy critiquing them afterwards? Do you aspire to be the next big film critic in the movie industry. It isn't easy, but the good news is that you don't need a degree in English to be a good movie reviewer.
